A massive earthquake measuring 8.2 on Richter Scale struck off the northern coast of Chile prompting worries of a tsunami.
-The epicenter of the quake was 96 km off the coast of Iquique,
Chile. The shocks were also felt in the neighbouring state of Peru.
-The quake prompted the people to move to higher grounds from coastal regions, after the authorities issues tsunami warnings.
-So far, 5 people have been reportedly feared dead after the intense shock wave rattled the South American region.
